Compensation: These are 1099 positions, no salary or draw but will receive High commissions on their own desks, overrides and bonuses ,quarterly and yearly on their teams in our New East Stroudsburg Office For both positions< Jobs Title:Manager of Residential Real Estate Services and Manager of Commercial Service,we require a Broker or Associated Broker PA license and experience in handling team activity.

Summary of both Managerial Positions

We’re in search of a detail-oriented Residential Real Estate Manager and a Commercial Residential Manager to handle create and handle their own teams, oversee daily operations , hiring new agents, procuring & updating listings, assisting with contracts, and scheduling team meetings. Corporate office in East Stroudsburg PA

Responsibilities:

• Supervise agents & associate brokers, and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed. Hire new agents and associate brokers.
• Produce & update new listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately
• Organize procedures for agents & associate brokers, and mentor real estate staff, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information
• Schedule team appointments, events, and travel.
• Provide assistance to agents when needed.
• Monitoring real estate income and expenditure for Brooklyn office, as well as collecting payments.
• Setup production goals for agents and associate brokers for two offices
• Training program
• Manager Qualifications: High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
